This Old Testament course invites pastors and church leaders to explore scripture through the eyes of diverse modern-day interpreters. Drawing on voices from marginalized and global perspectives, participants will engage with biblical texts in ways that challenge conventional readings and reveal fresh insights for ministry.
The course examines themes such as creation, sexuality, immigration, race, and agrarian life, with an emphasis on practical application in local church contexts. Lectures, readings, and discussions will guide participants in crafting a Bible study tailored to their congregations, equipping them to foster meaningful conversations about scripture in today’s world.
